Trouble Shooting
Pump is noisy: Be sure that the pump connection is secure, because air bubbles may cause noise. Pump volume should be on the highest setting (see pump instructions if available). Water level must be covering the pump at all times.
Water is Splashing Position the rocks (if applicable) so that the direct stream of water is slightly blocked. This method will also "tune" the fountain sound to fit the desired sound. If splashing persists, change the volume of the pump.
Uneven water distribution Freestanding floor fountains are designed for slight adjustments to make it level. Some floors and/or table are not level and your fountain may require shims to offset the unleveled location. When level the water should uniformly flow over the entire surface.
